Licensed Clinical Social Worker

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience in medical social work and behavioral health, I have supported individuals from all walks of life during some of the most overwhelming and uncertain times in their lives. I believe mental and physical health are deeply connected, and that each person defines their own wellness, meaning, and values, not the expectations placed on them by others.

I am passionate about working with adults navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting people who are formal caregivers or support their loved ones in other caregiving capacities that can be taxing and overwhelming.

My approach is client-centered and relational. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and that healing begins with a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, emotions, and goals.

I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), along with elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic grounding techniques to help with emotional regulation and self-understanding.

Outside of therapy, you’ll likely find me outdoors hiking, paddle boarding, or camping. I’m also an animal lover with two dogs and four cats, so a curious pet may occasionally pop in to say hello.

Reaching out for support can be difficult, and the fact that you are here is already a meaningful first step. I would be honored to support you as you work towards healing and gain greater understanding of who you are.
