Sandi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience specializing in helping women heal from trauma, manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, and explore their relationships with food, alcohol, or other substances. Sandi is dedicated to supporting her clients increase insight, hope, and self-compassion. Sandi has a special focus on individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, domestic violence, bullying or discrimination, and is passionate about helping women navigate significant life transitions, including motherhood and midlife changes.
Sandi uses a holistic approach and draws from a variety of treatment modalities including IFS, DBT, and mindfulness, while considering what will be most useful and meaningful for her clients.

In her free time, Sandi enjoys taking care of her rescue dogs and hospice cat, hiking, gardening, and enjoying all kinds of art!
