Hi, I’m Grace!
I was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, and I now live in Springfield with my partner, our two kids, and our Australian shepherd. I grew up in a blended family and later a divorced family, both experiences that shaped my compassion and curiosity about how people grow within, and beyond, the systems they’re part of. As a shy and socially anxious kid, I learned early what it feels like to move quietly through the world while holding so much internally.

My personal experiences in adulthood deeply inform the work I do today. I navigated depression in early adulthood and later postpartum anxiety and OCD, all of which were intensified by pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. I also experienced birth trauma and PTSD, and I live with ADHD. These chapters of my life have given me a unique, firsthand understanding of what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by anxiety, to question your own mind, and to search for solid ground during seasons of transition. They’ve also taught me the power of empathy, humor, and having someone in your corner who truly gets it.

As a therapist, I support individuals 18 and older, with a focus on anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and perinatal mental health concerns. I also love helping people navigate relationships, self-esteem, identity, and the emotional shifts that come with major life changes. I previously worked primarily with teens, and I bring that same patience, flexibility, and creativity into my work with adults.

My style is warm, laid back, and deeply human. I’m not afraid to laugh with you, slow down with you, or sit in the hard stuff with you. I primarily use a person-centered approach with elements from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  I’m trained in Prolonged Exposure (PE) for treating PTSD and in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I hold additional training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).  I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University.

Outside of sessions, I love being outdoors camping, hiking, or simply soaking up sunshine whenever I can. I’m a social person at heart, and talking might honestly be my favorite hobby. I enjoy going to concerts, trying new food, and spending time with my people, who bring energy, grounding, and a lot of joy to my life.
