Sarah Wheeler, LCSW
Sarah is a licensed clinical social worker who loves helping clients work through their vulnerable experiences and prioritizing a safe, therapeutic environment free of judgment. Sarah has experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, grief and loss, and supporting family members through the medical diagnosis of a loved one. Sarah also works with clients navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Sarah uses a strength-based and client-centered approach and is trained and practiced in a variety of evidenced-based interventions, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
