Rachel Krokus, LCSW
(she/her)
Rachel is an energetic, expressive, and engaging therapist with over 20 years of counseling experience in a variety of settings. She approaches the therapeutic relationship with authenticity, candor, optimism, and creativity.
She sees her role as both coach and cheerleader and will create space for you to explore who you are and who you want to be, while honoring everything you've experienced. Rachel believes that relationships are the foundation of so much of our lives, and wants you to know that she won't take your trust or your confidence in her lightly.
In sessions, you'll have the opportunity to explore:
your sense of self
your family
your friends
your spiritual connections
your identity
your community
your vocational and/or educational callings
your relationship with drugs or alcohol.
Through sessions, Rachel will support you to (re-)build your self esteem, clarify your values and goals, and harness your confidence and wisdom to change what can be changed, and to adapt and accept what can’t be changed. Rachel would be honored to join you on your journey.
